      Technical challenges are really great as you do a lot of impact into a leader company

      Many teammates have spent their entire careers in the same company but are unprepared to train others. The company has grown, yet these “dinosaurs” remain seated at the top, unwilling to share knowledge or build relationships. Instead, they laugh among themselves.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
