I felt like a big fish in a small pond and learnt a lot on this internship. A small team meant I could get stuck in with lots of elements from social media to content. Going to meetings and learning about SEO and content gave me a good grounding.

It was only an internship so I can't speak about the wider opportunities.

I enjoy the work I do and the fact that I'm helping people have incredible travel experiences. I like the company values when it comes to inclusivity and the management team has been forthcoming and listened to our ideas. I like the fact that I can earn uncapped commission and the bonus scheme is good.

It's hard work and challenging.
