Pros
-Market leading product and a fast-moving product team - you always have new features or upgrades to sell -Leadership/directors seem to really care about employee wellbeing and how they are perceived to the rest of the company -A big effort is made to keep people engaged via weekly company updates, competitions for amazon vouchers, company-branded stash -Flexible working (even pre pandemic) just happens. No questions asked. It's obvious that this will also be accepted and encouraged post-Covid. -It's great to have access to so many different departments as the team is still relatively small. -Good commission for account executives
Kontras
-Global team so time zones can be a problem - you might find yourself on a meeting at an unsociable hour depending on who set it up -Lots of pressure on the sales team via big targets, however the targets are calculated quarterly and yearly, so at least you don't have the pressure of someone asking you to hit weekly or monthly goals like at some companies. -There have been a few people let go due to Outmatch acquiring many new businesses, so you do have to make yourself irreplaceable. -There seems to be a bit of conflict sometimes between different areas of sales or customer success over who gets a particular deal.
