Great product and good people overall.

Senior management members are spoiled and expect unrealistic projects to be completed without giving headcount or money to complete. They talk a good strategy with the new hires, but really do not want to support the seasoned employees. HR does not support the employees unless the senior mgmt team wants them to. HR has no backbone when it comes to issues with their employees.
