Pros
Flexible Schedule can either be 8 hours full time or 4 hours part time, Minimum of 3 days a week to work/ Maximum 5 days, Can also do weekends, Good feedback from team leaders, Not selling any products just conducting statistical calls, Can literally do anything in between calls so long as you perform when you get someone who picks up, Good rate of response for interviews where you have the name of the person called, some interesting survey topics given if you perform well, having several weeks off for holidays and summer even if you are newly hired, working remotely
Kontras
8 hour shifts 1-9:30 at night with only 30min unpaid breaks feel long, Repetitive reading off of a text with very little leeway, Calls of a Random nature tend to have very rude people who hang up instantly or don't even speak basic English or French which can grind on nerves, Understanding why people are rude because of calling (or recalling depending on the project) people sometimes as late as 9-9:25PM, Very little compensation or bonus except end of month which seems (cannot confirm nor deny) to have favoritism, braindead and uninteresting nature of very many surveys i.e. coffee machines, insurance, electric bills, Very rare but possibility of not working because the company runs out of surveys (has only happened maybe 1-2 times in 3 years), 2 types of salary based on languages spoken and very small salary in any case, PCs are ANCIENT/prone to issues
