Unprofessional, with poor structure and experience - Engineer bei Origin Product Development: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The office culture including the management and coworkers rude, primarily the managers promote a weird office culture where no one talks to anybody. Management lies to prospective employees about the number of contracts coming their way, lies about their turnover rate. They have a high firing rate,every 3 months 3 people are hired and fired, so there is a job opening always on their website. They dont have enough contracts coming their way, Poor structure of the office with no break rooms or communication. My worst part was them making false promises to me while hiring me, they convinced me that had a lot of contracts and work only to find there is no work going on!!
