The mere fact that someone in upper management fabricated a positive glassdoor review this past month says it all. This place has no hope until the "leaders" of each department are let go. A freelance or fulltime job here means you will be lied to in your interview, and feel cheated once you begin. There is a strong undercurrent of sexism and bullying, a "boys club" as theyre called, this boys club is as passe in attitude and work ethic as don draper, and their mediocrity tends to poison the good work of well-meaning and talented teammates. However, even though leadership is a joke, the bigger issue is that there is no work. The "new business" everyone keeps speaking of is simply banner production on bbdo projects. Which means you have zero shot at working on an organic project, unless it's on the decoration committee for their latest "beer bash"
