Pros

Cool for college student or person that was to get started for sales. They work with your schedule and interview process went quick. A couple interviews, a background check, and no drug test. Hiring manager looks for leaders and friendly types.

Kontras

Employment is based on performance. So nothing is guranteed if you do not sale to standards. Also no real system to train you into sales. More so observation and self learning.

Pros

Easy to land the job. Pretty much an easy job in general. Sales reps make a laughable amount on sales, so expect to live off the $7.75 they start you off on. People were nice enough there, pretty hard to get fired.

Kontras

All commission based, but no real areas to make good commission. Another con is they'll milk you till you're dry. Within a month of being hired there all previous employees were fired or had left the store. Same thing happened this year and I knew I was jumping ship too.
