They hold personal grudges against you when you step even a toe outside the line - Only people who can suck up to the bosses and massage their egos will get promoted. Nepotism is just another very common things in this company. - During my time at Optym, people on a monthly basis left the company. - Not a very encouraging and nurturing environment to work in. - The management team has no considerations, no respect for their employees or their background and treats them very poorly. - The management never gave proper answers or even held themselves responsible when things were not going their way. It's always a blame game with them.
