They kept an offshore contractor who did 0 work, ended up picking fights and introducing security risks (and even turning quality control off). The consensus was to “support” this offshore worker regardless of what he did or said. Got terminated on someone else’s mistake after “the work was completed”. Job was designed to be fired. The culture is one of blame instead of accountability and teachability.
