It's a company that seems to believe in product innovation. Employees really work hard to succeed and cope with all the management shenanigans.

There is no effective communication between employees and management. Everything has to be decided and dictated from the CEO without a constructive process in between. Micro-management hold back proactivity and talents either leave the company after a few years or are marginalized and eventually laid-off (as it happened to the US sales team).
