Starting at the top, Miha (CEO) embodies a can-do attitude and is also an inspiring leader with a strong vision. What he lacks in age and experience he more than compensates with his willingness to listen and to learn. Although an entrepreneur by heart, his strongest skill has to be his eagerness to provide the best working environment for his employees. It was his vision to grow the company into a place where people really love to work, where they are heard and where they can grow, both, professionally as well as on a personal level. Last and definitely not least, the thing that distinguishes Optiweb from other similar companies is definitely its employees. A bunch of funny, pleasant and motivated individuals that cover their respective fields with great enthusiasm and expertise is really something that sets them apart from others.
