Executive staffs/ Department heads - Parent Specialist bei Options for Learning: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Executive Staff and Department Heads are out of date and pretty rude to lower level staff. I worked in the same office with my department head and she didn't even bother acknowledging my presences. I saw her every single day, I would smile or say Hi, but she would ignore me. She even had the audacity to admit during a department moral seminar, that she "works with the same 12 people everyday and I can't even remember their names." Like it was something to be proud of. Your staff are the ones putting out the work, the least you could do it learn their names... just terrible.
