1. There is no job security - they hire u but they can ask u to resign any time with or without reason. 2. They are totally client centric and doesn't think about their employees - if u get one client escalation they ask you to resign. 3. Their client base is not very impressive that if u want to change the client that u r working for u won't get any option other than "resign". 4. They make big promises during the hiring process but pretty soon you realise it's almost a scam.
