There are two different cultures in the company. One is full of old EY consultants who are dinosaurs and don’t have any skills for the 21st century and refuse to learn about technology and what powers the world today. This culture rewards you for being selfish and a jerk. It also has no accountability. The other culture is more like a tech company. Everyone is really collaborative and supportive of one another while holding each other accountable. The developers, designers and business analysts are all great to work with and so supportive of one another.

There are no pros for working at Optimity or sister companies Salt Flats/Jumpgate.

There is no business, people are working without pay, sister company was evicted from the office in Chicago, the CEO utilizes Optimity to secure loans for personal residences, and they owe literally millions of dollars to the IRS, both for personal taxes and payroll taxes. And they were misappropriating my 401k funds from my very first paycheck. I cannot emphasize enough, do not work here.
