One is full of old EY consultants who are dinosaurs and don’t have any skills for the 21st century and refuse to learn about technology and what powers the world today. This culture rewards you for being selfish and a jerk. It also has no accountability. The other culture is more like a tech company. Everyone is really collaborative and supportive of one another while holding each other accountable. The developers, designers and business analysts are all great to work with and so supportive of one another.

If you're a Type A person, highly driven and don't like traditional work, this place is for you.

It's a very power-hungry group, and there were a few men that worked there that didn't seem to understand emotional boundaries.
