Love nepotism? Miss high school? Then this is the place for you! Nothing screams 'professionalism' like a husband/wife team as part of senior leadership. Way to shut down the original Irvine office only to pay people in Austin half the salary.. great culture! CEO is beyond clueless/would register a negative number for emotional intelligence. Bunch of self-important tryhards who love hearing their own voices. These other reviews are nothing but marketing propaganda.

Autonomy over my output, great new hire milestone program that guarantees development conversations with my manager, monthly events that engage all employees, quarterly volunteering opportunities, hybrid office schedule, lunch stipend, snack program, Flexible PTO.
