Honest review from the petulant child - EAP Support Coordinator bei Optima Health: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Belittled in a return meeting after coming back into work after having two genuine sick days. Had to deal with a team leader yelling and pointing her finger in my face because I shook my head at her after she stared at me for 3 minutes without saying anything like that’s normal behavior from a 50 year old. Was told it was like talking to a petulant child because I’d been given no workload after 4 weeks of being there and was made to sit at the back of them room away from the team then made to feel bad because I couldn’t form any “friendships” with the team. Witnessed the same team leader make two people cry in the space of a week and constantly whisper about other colleagues while they were in the room. There was also a constant running joke about how everyone would quit after a few months like it wasn’t the least bit concerning. Never dealt with such disgusting and appalling behavior.
