Mechanical Intern - Mechanical Engineer bei Optima Engineering: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I worked at Optima Engineering for more than 2 years. Everything was great, CEO who cares about his employees in every level(personal and professional), nice cow-workers, and variety of projects. You can grow a lot in your career at Optima. You will also learn a lot from the CEO who loves to spend time and teach his knowledge to his employees. Optima always try to have fun beside work like paintball, rafting, fun happy hours, and etc. I strongly recommend this firm to every Engineer.

Sometimes due to volume of work, work-only vibe environment can bother you.

Can gain some experience in a nice location

Leadership was terrible for new employees. They tell you you’re not doing enough, then say you’re doing better, than they fire you. They are not clear with expectations. The culture is weird where they have some counselor come and talk to people like a therapist weekly, gave a cult vibe. High turnover from what I saw. Do not recommend if leadership has not changed
