Leadership was terrible for new employees. They tell you you’re not doing enough, then say you’re doing better, than they fire you. They are not clear with expectations. The culture is weird where they have some counselor come and talk to people like a therapist weekly, gave a cult vibe. High turnover from what I saw. Do not recommend if leadership has not changed
