Pros

Decent perks, including remote work, different incentives, and flexibility that’s genuinely appreciated. Senior leadership is sharp and clearly knows the business. There are also quite a few genuinely nice and capable individual contributors who make day-to-day work more enjoyable and remind you what a strong team can look like.

Kontras

Lack of good managers; Favoritism is noticeable on certain teams, and there’s an “old boys’ club” dynamic that can limit growth and fairness.

If you already work in the CSP/MSP space, I can't think of any reason to leave where you are at and come here.

Post-merger, the new leadership team is replacing everyone from the legacy US teams with their own people. Firings were happening so often and so quickly that they stopped announcing them altogether. Now you will just go to message one of your coworkers and find that their account on Slack has been deactivated with no leadership direction on where to turn to in their absence. Culture has completely evaporated in the last 7 months. Even with your out of office turned on, Slack set to away/vacation, prepare to be bombarded with messages and emails during your time off. There is zero respect or regard toward employees trying to take some for themselves and/or their families.
