This is directed to the rating valuation industry. There is a real lack of experienced valuers which then falls onto other valuers to pick up the work load regardless of hours required. Ridiculously poor management skills and unrealistic project timelines which all steams from Australia senior management. During revaluations there can be 80 hour weeks but only paid for 40, they also don't pay for kiwisaver employers contributions. The turn over here is very high, graduate valuers have no real mentors, no graduate program and engagement/feedback surveys do not get actioned.
