Thanks for the advice, appreciate it. In fact, I don't run the company, it is operated by a strong VP and directors level. I am a visionary, not an operator, but I can get hand's on for a while as I am great in finding solutions. Never hire me as a General Manager !! After 35 years leading OPTEL, I know my strength and weakness. To explain the up-down, see answer to other comments... I am very strong and confident on the vision I build.. that what drive me every morning, that why I have invested over $80M in preparing the future that is kicking off now!
