OptConnect isn't a huge enterprise. With ~150 employees (as of 2023) we don't have the luxury of limitless resources and headcount. If you are used to working in a huge team with everyone specializing on one small thing, OptConnect might not be a great place for you. OptConnect is also located in Davis County so for people commuting from Utah County, it is a bit of a drive. However, anyone looking to join the fast and exciting tech space that lives in SLC or Davis County, OptConnect is like a hidden gem representing the northern part of the Silicon Slopes.

I have the pleasure of working at OptConnect as a Senior Sales Manager for almost 2 years. I knew the day I interviewed that it would be a great fit and I have not been disappointed. The company is based in Utah and I work remotely in Texas. The culture is amazing and promotes a healthy work/life balance. The culture is driven from the top down and always appreciates feedback from employees as well as customers. OptConnect’s mission is to manage Wireless connectivity for our clients. After reviewing the industry thoroughly, I feel we are in the best position to serve clients in this technology space. There is truly a team atmosphere at OptConnect. All the Team is willing to help, both professionally and personally. I love my job and would recommend OptConnect to anyone who is interested in joining a progressive, growing team with an amazing culture and plenty of opportunities.
