Big box approach - work is not tailored to your individual skills or client needs. Very little scope for professional growth and pay increase. Leadership seems to be figuring it out as they go and continues to use people who have been there from the start even if they are not qualified to be in their executive roles. CEO isn't able to zoom out and see the big picture in difficult scenarios.
