Joe is extremely transparent about the state of the business and it seems that everyone in the company is on-board with the plan. It's true that culture was a problem in the past, but there have been great strides to invest in the employees and create career paths with courses inside and outside the company being made available. OWM is also making a conscious effort to recruit the right resources in the right places.

There are some days that do require longer hours, it's the nature of working for a Global company, but if you want good experience, this is the place to get it.
