Organisational farce on a daily basis. One department sits in exchanges and vans doing the bare minimum. SD are treated like crap, zero planning or time given to logical processes. Strategy is non existent, preferring to work on an hour to hour basis, and react rather than be proactive. Five or six truck rolls to the same job isn't unusual, without the job being completed. Senior management want DL Engineers out of the company ASAP. To replace them with cheaper and 'faster' contractors. Don't they realise this will make things way worse...?
