Some coworkers from previous companies still remained from before acquisitions, they were knowledgeable and had great work ethic. Pleasure to work with these individuals.
Kontras
Unfortunately the employees mentioned above became few and far between due to very poorly managed layoffs and the people that had true value add were eliminated leaving only those that do not know how to make any decision about anything, don't know or care to learn their process. Everything is disconnected and convoluted, customer service is outsourced and extremely inefficient. It's a shame to have seen previously functioning teams dismantled and broken down into horrible processes and handed over to people that are not capable of performing the required tasks.
