Create your own schedule (you are still held to goals and expectations but working in the field you have a lot of freedom), work from home, Smart teammates that are there to help you no matter how small the question is, this job is not the same thing everyday there is always something new to learn, consulting with restaurants can be difficult but also rewarding, managers will listen to you always and also challenge you to find the answers. Overall I never thought I would say this but I truly love waking up and going to work. Restaurant owners can be difficult to deal with. It really helps if you have either a background in restaurants or a strong passion for food. It would be nice if there were some more OpenTable perks (restaurant discounts, gym credit)
