The place is nice to work at for the most part. Not a ton of drama and the pay is pretty decent.

One thing I will note is that you typically won’t get off on time. Sometimes it’s only five minutes other times it’s a half hour. They can’t leave any room out of ratio and if that means you have to stay late then you stay late. They try, but just keep that in mind when applying. Also the training is just nonexistent. They will just drop you into a classroom, and expect you to roll with it. You have a co-teacher to help you but some people just expect you to know what to do and when to do it.

The kids are always worth every moment. You can decorate your space.

This place began as a "family" oriented place, but then I saw the true colors of the employees and the employers. I am embarrassed to say I worked there longer than a year. The kids are why I stayed, but the countless times of asking for a raise and help was exhausting. Admin was changed constantly and now it makes sense. The owners are unsupportive and act like they care when they actually only "care" if it involves earning more money. You don't receive the help you deserve, and you leave 30 minutes to an hour later each day. They gaslight you when you have a problem, and act like they will help but never follow through. The turn over for teachers is constant anywhere but they blamed me for not being able to keep one. Another person has gone through more co-teachers than I have, yet they are favorited so they don't get blamed for anything. Overall, a toxic place to work.
