Company fell apart - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Open Colleges: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Open Colleges was great when I started. I worked with talented and passionate people and everyone seemed to be aligned with the founders’ vision/mission. But the company fell apart, several restructures happened and some were poorly managed. Directors were uninspiring and too preoccupied by numbers rather than quality. There was an obvious lack of diversity within senior management (boys' club) which contrasted with the rest of the staff and our customers.
