HI there and thanks for the feedback. We always appreciate someone taking the time to let us know their opinion of the company. It's a shame that your experience with the company was a mixed one, but we're glad you learnt a lot, and enjoyed the social aspects of the job. Those are definitely things we're proud of.
Some of the points you raise are hard to respond to, because they're not very specific. For instance you mentioned that there was bad communication between managers. We can only really apologize if you felt that was the case, and we hope we're doing better now. We're always learning of course, and improving as a business.
As for some of the more specific points, firstly no-one works 12 hour shifts at our company. You mentioned that we have a 72+ hour working week? That's not at all the case. That works out to 14 hours a day over 5 days, or I suppose 10 hours a day over 7 days. I'm not sure exactly how you suggest that we 'make' people work those hours. As a matter of fact our people are on some extremely flexible work plans.
We always pay our people on time. The only reason anyone ever has to wait on a payment, is because they have been flagged for fraud. We take the security of our customers very seriously, and work hard to protect them.
