Long hours with noisy, dusty working conditions. A lot of people tending to stand around, fraternizing and talking in certain areas where the work is easier and less physically stressful , instead of focusing on doing their work more efficiently. Occasional yelling of workers at each other, or bosses at their underlings for whatever reasons.
