Even when we’ve stretched too far, leadership has been willing to redirect resources and adapt, which shows maturity and awareness as we grow.

As we transition from a scrappy startup to a more structured scale-up, there are growing pains. We sometimes sign up for more than we should, and the pace of change can be intense.
