Bullying in the workplace - Registered Nurse bei Ontex: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have worked for Ontex previously and it’s probably the worst company I have ever experienced regarding bullying & harassment from other team members who are supposed to be there to support you . The managers appear to promote bullying in the workplace as a quality when they have employed previous staff. In my team there were about 3 bullies who consistently bullied gaslighted and humiliated new staff who were trying to learn the role. This was happening to staff prior to me being successful in the role. I informed relevant managers of the peoples behaviours but they ignored any concerns of mine. I ended up with ill health both physically & mentally. The bullies are still employed by the company and will continue to ruin any personality from any new employees as this seems to be how they operate and get away with their gaslighting behaviour.
