You get to help people, staff is friendly, location is great.

Strict systematic rules, vacation not the best, run like a call centre- tons of voicemails to call back on a daily basis, too many clients on a caseload which makes it hard to make a meaningful difference. Needs more training for staff relating to mental health and social services.
