I have no cons for this company

OneZero Solutions is a wonderful company to work for. The motto here is Customer First, People Always and I truly feel like both leadership and employees work everyday to meet that objective. I've worked at other government contractors and OneZero's culture is by far the most welcoming. It is a very collaborative environment where you are still challenged to grow and be your best. Since coming to OneZero I have expanded my skills greatly. Everyone I've worked with has been extremely professional, intelligent and just fun to be around.

The only con is that I wish more people lived in the DC area so that we could do more outings together. When we are together it is a great time but since folks are spread out or on client site we don't get to get together often.
