Worst company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei OneX Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No pros whatsoever, very abusive environment

- Sales people are treated like garbage, no guidance, and on performance reviews the founder abuses the team on not achieving sales targets by threatening to cut the unachieved target by cutting from the salary and revoking bonus. - offices are too small to work and no privacy - Founder has no idea what business he is running and seems like a scammy business, and very low salary compared to the working hours

NO PROS AT ALL !!!

1. The CEO has some shady past, he doesn’t take his real name. 2. There are rumours that the CEO was kicked out of EY. 3. They do not hire MUSLIMS. 4. They fire employees almost everyday or they resign on their own. 5. They locked a female former employee in the office till 9:30 pm alone. 6. None of the HR executives are polished, cannot communicate in proper English at all but will make fun of the candidates if they cannot. 7. ⁠They repeatedly use the word “professional” but they themselves aren’t.
