In the atmosphere of the industry today, this is not a bad place to work. Great co workers and a pretty happy place. Management has gotten better in the past few years as well.

Not as up to date systems as other companies. A little disorganized at times.

It's a good place to get experience in the industry because they will work you to the bone so you'll be prepared for the fashion industry.

Managers micromanage and criticize their employees. Employees aren't told when they do a great job, only when they do things "wrong". Pay is below the industry average and overtime isn't allowed but you're given an 80 hour/week workload and expected to do it in 40 hours. When you ask for raises you're told there's no room in the company budget even though the higher ups keep filling their pockets greedily.
