- management would talk behind your back - management would tell your personal stories to other employees - never trained the employees for their positions - if someone didn't understand they offered one training 'got it all' session and then let them go if they didn't get it - expected non programmers to know coding - very fake - expected you to work 24 hour/7 - what you have a home life?
