Executive management is terrible. Zero accountability. Avoid at all costs. You will be given zero authority but made to own the fallout of executives' bad decisions. Seriously, avoid this company and Care Access if you value your sanity.
Benefits are also a race to the bottom. They keep stripping them away because "we found we were above industry standard". Because who wants to do more than the minimum, am I right?
