The downsides to working at Onesource is. The staff is extremely cliquey. They do not make you feel welcome at all. The systems and process' are extremely dated and inefficient. Management is not interested in process improvement and growth isn't an option. Not the place for you if you have small children. They are not flexible and have no real attendance policy to speak of.
