Pros

first they take around five rounds for your selection to cross interview , they you will be hired and after this main blind game will begin which no one tell you . after joining this company you will under a mentor who will never give you any session or will provide only rough session of their training . they will force you to complete and mug up around 2200 pages in few days and then her mentor can ask from anywhere in those pages . you will be forced to complete insurance process book in 3 days only then after they will evaluate your learned theory and you will have to score 80% in all the exam under the monitoring of mentor or some other team member. if you are not able to score 80% in all the four exams then they will fire you any time. so please take your every decision carefully and never join this cheap company.

Kontras

lala type company pure dukan and medium small grocery store. they rarely hire peoples on their payrole, mostly they hire third party payroll peoples and suck their blood .

Pros

Lots of change in recent years, but this has created more opportunities than ever for cutting edge work within OneShield. AI is unlocking new product development even for most junior employees and shrinking time spent on less exciting tasks.

Kontras

Cultural changes around AI and speed of innovation have been welcome for most, but are not for everyone.

Pros

Some of the people are good. Not much else is positive.

Kontras

At OneShield, employees are treated as numbers—inputs into whatever metric leadership is focused on that week, whether it’s revenue per employee or the total number of AI bros. When your “number” no longer fits, you’re laid off. It doesn’t matter how hard you work, whether you consistently meet deadlines, put in long hours, or show genuine dedication. Those contributions don’t factor into their decisions. Leadership is focused on metrics, not people. Morale is low, and the environment is unstable. It’s difficult to feel secure and motivated when there’s a constant sense that any day could be your last, or that the next call might be from HR. Think very carefully before joining OneShield.
