Employees in lower management level are derogatory and inefficient. All rules , including Means of communication in English are applied only for employees below the ladder. Management is tight lipped on any queries and obviously only sees what is exhibited. Accountability jumps from HR - PM - CTO and back leaving employees stranded for answers. Irrelevant awarding strategy. Employee Retention - Big No. Exuberant's will neither stay for more than a year. HR Habitual Salary delay for 5 - 15 days . HR here is Never an ally except for personal growth internally. Currently a conniver leech between management and tiny team. Stop hypocrisy, no need to be apple-polisher.
