Pros
This is the best company I've ever worked at, especially considering it's still a start-up. Mission-driven, customer-focused, and solid products that employees actually use. I genuinely feel lucky to be a part of the journey. - The people are incredibly smart, everyone I've met is intelligent and competent. The recruiters clearly know how to hire for cultural/values alignment because everyone gets along and works in similar ways. The mix of talent is a huge strength, even prestigious companies fail this one. - The comp is good, I feel fairly compensated for what I bring to the table. They don't do bonuses, which is the only downside. The benefits aren't bad and they're also fully remote, the flexibility is great. - No time wasted. Still an overall lean company, which means there's a ton of work to be accomplished. There's always something to do, so I'm never bored.

- Red tape. It exists at every company, but you really have to tread carefully to get things approved. - Employee development is limited, and there's no reimbursement for professional development.
