I enjoyed my staff because we worked together to make for a great place to be. We decided that if it was to be that it was up to us to make it happen. The staff had a pretty good work life and were always held accountable.
Kontras
Staff didn't like the fact that they were rewarded with time off however that time off caused them to be less efficient in meeting their goals. They also felt constant pressure from upper level management to always make a loan regardless of the economy and/or a customer's problematic situation.
