Pros

There are some great people that work at OneDigital, although the leadership is toxic. I would refer to the culture as joining Greek life. You're either in or out. The politics take your energy away from actually doing your job. There are people who are trustworthy and genuinely want your success, but they're hard to find. They also feel the stress, pressure, and lack of trust with leadership, but don't feel comfortable expressing these concerns. One pro is that you'll learn A TON - which will help give you a leg up in your career.

Kontras

Toxic leadership, gossip, and politics. Lack of trust and open communication. Ton of pressure and favoritism. Although they offer employee engagement surveys, be mindful of your responses. They are technically anonymous, but leaders know who are responding. It will impact your relationship negatively if you provide any feedback that isn't positive. Unlimited PTO that's not actually unlimited. You'll always have something "urgent" and pressing that will have you working long hours during your "PTO". But be careful, because you'll be critiqued for working "too much" and not embodying their cultural values. Overall, this position is not worth the pay, and there is little to no advancement. Keep HR in your pocket.

Pros

Strong company culture focused on taking care of employees and clients. Excellent place to work, as long as you're willing to put in the time and effort.

Kontras

Not necessarily a con. Still a relatively young, and growing firm that is building out structure.

Pros

The people you meet who do the same thing as you and 10% of the sales managers are great and actually normal

Kontras

Pay is terrible. In the interview they make it seem like you will be making $50k+ after you close some calls but it takes 1.5+, probably 2+ years to even get a $1 raise based on sales. You get 6 hours of PTO a month which is not even a full day and they fire people who go over. They expect you to dial with no breaks in between dials for 8 hours if you do not close your inbounds, which are all based on luck. The role requires minimal selling skills and success is 80% based on luck and who you get on the phone which is all based on a queue. If you do not convert these the inbound leads they have you dial all day and the #s you dial, probably 30 other agents have dialed already that same day. Feel bad for the people who are in their CRM because they get double digit calls each day from us. Oh yeah, and your bathroom breaks are timed.
