Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We are definitely growing quickly as a company and that is very exciting for all of us. It also means that we have to work very hard to make sure that all areas of our business are connected and that takes time. The past couple of years, we have expanded our team to include new solutions and business verticals. It is our commitment to our clients, just as it is to our employees, that we create a holistic approach towards creating environments that enable people to do their best work and live their best lives. This means one streamlined solution that pulls multiple offerings together.
The good news is that OneDigital is committed to integrating all our client solutions and supporting our teams while doing so. Growth isn't always easy and there may be growing pains that come along with that, but our commitment to the wellbeing and growth our employees is also unwavering.
