New seasonal model is poor - Event Manager/Assistant Event Manager bei OneCause: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management is trying to justify Old pay scale to new model which means more work and responsibilities on site for both event managers and assistants. Overall event managers are responsible for much more and the assistants have to work longer hours at the same daily fixed rate. We are representing the company at public events- don’t try and nickel and dime us! And please we are not stupid.
