They are most likely to hire fresh graduate, which is great for someone who just got out from school. Not every company can do that unless it's MT program. You can work
Kontras
They didn't follow government rules. No bonus, no transparency, no annual compensation. Money wise, it's not worth it. Some people can get bonus, but they never mention it why and how (this is what I mean by no transparency). People come and go, you know what's the definition if people come and go in a company, right? Only worth 1 year max I think to stay in the company.
